By committing to an investment opportunity with Solace Eight Capital Inc., clients acknowledge that funds are allocated to projects and cannot be refunded. No Refunds for Rental Agreements:
Payments related to rental agreements, including security deposits and monthly rent, are non-refundable, except as required by law or explicitly stated in the lease agreement. Tenants are encouraged to review lease terms carefully before signing.

Service Fees:
Fees for property management or other real estate services are non-refundable once services have commenced. We are committed to addressing any concerns or issues during the course of service delivery to ensure satisfaction.

Technical Support for Online Services:
If you experience difficulties accessing online resources or tools provided by Solace Eight Capital Inc., please contact our support team for assistance. We are dedicated to resolving any technical issues promptly.

Dispute Policy

No Disputed Transactions Once Payment Is Processed:
Once payment is processed and services are rendered, clients agree not to dispute transactions through payment processors or banks. We strongly encourage clients to communicate any concerns directly with our team for prompt resolution.

Dispute Resolution Process:
By engaging in our services, you acknowledge and agree that Solace Eight Capital Inc. does not honor disputed charges through payment processors or banks. All sales and agreements are final. Any disputes will be resolved directly with our team, in accordance with this no-refund policy.

Policy for Rental Payments
