Welcome to Quantum Web Studios Inc. (“Quantum Web Studios,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website (the “Site”), purchasing any digital product, or engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services. We may revise these Terms from time to time; please check back regularly.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, and software available on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, downloads, code, and their arrangement—are the exclusive property of Quantum Web Studios Inc. or its licensors, protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited unless explicitly permitted by these Terms.

Although our logos are not currently trademarked, any unauthorized use of the company’s logos or proprietary materials may result in legal action.

2. Use of the Site and Services

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and its content for personal or internal business purposes, provided you do not modify any content or remove copyright notices.
You agree not to use this Site or any Quantum Web Studios service for unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

• Engaging in criminal activity or conduct giving rise to civil liability

3. Digital Products, AI Prompts, and Downloads

All digital products (including AI prompts, downloadable resources, and links to custom GPTs) are for individual use only, unless otherwise specified.
Resale, redistribution, or public sharing is strictly prohibited without written permission.
You are responsible for ensuring compatibility with any third-party platform or tool.
Quantum Web Studios is not responsible for the content, reliability, or privacy practices of any third-party sites or tools linked in digital products.

4. User Submissions

Any information, content, or material you submit, post, or transmit to the Site is considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By submitting material, you grant Quantum Web Studios Inc. an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such material for any purpose.

You agree not to submit or post content that:

• Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or offensive

• Violates any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights

• Contains false or misleading information

Quantum Web Studios reserves the right to remove any user-submitted content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

5. Service Limitations: Hosting, Domains, and Google Workspace

Unless explicitly stated in a written agreement, the following are not included in quoted web design or build fees:

• Website hosting services

• Domain name registration

• Google Workspace setup or email configuration

These services are billed separately and must be maintained by the client. While Quantum Web Studios may assist in connecting clients with third-party providers, we are not responsible for the costs, renewals, or ongoing management of these services unless specifically contracted to do so.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

All content and services on this Site are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranty, express or implied. Quantum Web Studios Inc. disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current. Use of the Site and services is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

Quantum Web Studios Inc. will not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, services, or digital products, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes damages related to loss of profits, data, business interruption, or other intangible losses.

8. Copyright Infringement & Takedown Policy

Quantum Web Studios Inc. respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. If you believe any content on the Site infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact our Legal Department with the following details:

• Identification and location of the material claimed to be infringing

• Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)

• A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized

• A statement that your claim is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights owner

Upon receipt, we will investigate and take appropriate action.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without reference to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Quantum Web Studios Inc. reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time without notice. By continuing to use the Site or our services after changes are posted, you agree to the revised Terms.
