Note: Website hosting, domain registration, and any third-party subscription fees (such as Squarespace, QuickBooks, Google Workspace, etc.) are not included in package pricing. These subscriptions are billed directly to you by each provider and are required for service setup.
Service Timelines (FAQs)
Custom work means anything outside our standard template (including custom layouts or HTML work). Custom timelines vary based on scope and revisions.
Note: Our standard website setups typically include up to 3 products. Additional products can be added by the client, or we can upload them at an hourly rate (unless covered under a monthly service plan).
Client responsiveness is important—if the client isn’t available to complete verification, the setup cannot be finalized.
During each in-person visit, we can typically open up to 3 business bank accounts per trip, depending on banker availability and appointment length.
For clients opening multiple companies, this process may take up to 2 weeks. However, in many cases, everything is completed in a single visit.
Important: Any processor-side verification or underwriting requests must be completed by the client (we guide and configure, but the client must complete their identity/verification requirements).
Note: Clients are responsible for connecting their own bank accounts inside QuickBooks. Our roll-up service is to organize the companies under one login—not ongoing bookkeeping.
Tip: Fast client responses = fast completion. Delays most commonly come from state processing times, bank/Stripe verification steps, and revision turnaround.
