Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using any services from LaNasa Global Solutions Inc. (“LGS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including websites, consulting, business formation, staffing, photography/media, courses, government contracting support, or payment processing through Stripe, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Our Services LGS provides business consulting, formation, banking & payment setup, credit building, virtual staffing, photography/media production (Bald Bastard Productions), educational courses, and government contracting support. Packages may include (but are not limited to):

  • Business formation and entity setup (C-Corps, holding/REIT/nonprofit/parent structures)

  • Business bank account and Stripe account facilitation (online or in-person, e.g., Chase)

  • QuickBooks setup and roll-up (multi-company)

  • BBB and Chamber of Commerce registration

  • Business credit tradelines (up to two per qualifying package)

  • Alpha 8 Advantage / Alpha 8 Plus / Business Launch packages (websites, banking, Stripe, AI tools, funding strategy, CEO call, staffing discounts)

  • Empire Builder Bundle / Empire Builder Flex (multi-company formation/launch)

  • Virtual staffing / virtual assistant placement (various roles: EA/VA, customer support, marketing, bookkeeping, e-commerce, etc.)

  • Build Your Empire Course ($59.99/month subscription with Jordan AI)

  • Photography and media services (headshots, portraits, weddings, boudoir, real estate, events)

  • Additional services (GoHighLevel/Zoho CRM management, SAM.gov/government contracting info/support, tradelines, etc.)

Third-party fees (hosting, domains, subscriptions, state/IRS filing fees) are not included and billed directly by providers.

3. Payments and Billing (Stripe Compliance) All payments are processed through Stripe. By completing checkout or intake, you authorize LGS and Stripe to charge your payment method for the full amount and any recurring charges (if applicable).

  • All sales are final once services commence or materials are delivered.

  • You agree NOT to initiate chargebacks, bank disputes, or payment reversals for delivered or partially delivered services (see our Dispute Policy).

  • Refunds are governed exclusively by our separate Dispute Policy.

  • Late or failed payments may result in immediate suspension of services.

4. No Guarantees or Warranties ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITH NO GUARANTEES. We do not guarantee:

  • Approval of any bank account, Stripe account, business credit tradelines, loans, credit lines, BBB/Chamber registration, government contracting registrations (SAM.gov/etc.), or business formation.

  • Specific credit scores, funding amounts, lending outcomes, or government contract awards.

  • Revenue, clients, or any business results from consulting, courses, staffing, or photography.

  • Performance or availability of third-party tools/platforms (QuickBooks, Stripe, GoHighLevel, Zoho, Squarespace, banks, etc.).

  • Photography/media outcomes (image/video quality, artistic results, client satisfaction, or external factors like weather, lighting, equipment).

5. Termination and Right to Refuse Service We reserve the absolute right to:

  • Refuse or terminate service to any client at any time, with or without notice (sole discretion: non-responsive clients, policy violations, feasibility issues).

  • Suspend/cancel course access, sessions, or support immediately. You may cancel recurring services (e.g., Build Your Empire Course) anytime—no refunds for paid periods.

6. Specific Service Disclaimers

  • Bank Accounts, Stripe, and Credit Tradelines: Assistance only—final decisions by third parties (banks, bureaus, agencies). No liability for denials/delays.

  • Business Formation and Registrations: Preparation/filing only; outcomes depend on state agencies/third parties. State/IRS fees extra/pass-through.

  • Virtual Staffing: Matching/managing independent contractors/virtual assistants. Clients responsible for work, taxes, compliance. LGS not an employer—no liability for assistant actions/performance.

  • Build Your Empire Course & Jordan AI: Educational only. Non-transferable access while subscribed. Jordan AI provides guidance, not legal/financial/tax advice. Lifetime updates apply to active subscribers.

  • Photography & Media Services (Bald Bastard Productions): Sessions “as is” with no guarantees on final deliverables, quality, or satisfaction. Deposits non-refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit fees. Rescheduling at our discretion only. See Dispute Policy Section 2.B for tardiness/no-show rules (10–30 min late = forfeiture, no refunds/credits).

  • CRM & Platform Management (GoHighLevel, Zoho, SAM.gov/Government Contracting Support): Setup, audits, strategies, and info only (e.g., CAPE statements, registration guidance). No guarantees on third-party platform performance, approvals, contract awards, or results—outcomes depend on platforms/agencies and your inputs.

7. Intellectual Property All content, templates, AI tools, photos, videos, and materials owned by LGS. Limited non-exclusive license for your personal/business use only—no resale, sharing, reproduction.

8. Limitation of Liability LGS not liable for indirect/consequential/special/punitive damages (lost profits, business interruption). Total liability capped at amounts paid in prior 12 months.

9. Indemnification You indemnify/hold LGS harmless from claims/losses from your use of services, business activities, or prohibited chargebacks.

10. Dispute Resolution Follow our Dispute Policy first (lanasaglobalsolutions.com/dispute-policy). If unresolved, confidential mediation or binding arbitration in North Carolina (American Arbitration Association rules). No class actions/jury trials. Small-claims exceptions allowed under $10,000 in your NC county.

11. Governing Law North Carolina law governs, no conflict-of-laws.

12. Changes to Terms We may update anytime—continued use = acceptance.
