Refund and Dispute Policy

(“Quantum Web Studios,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we are committed to delivering high-quality web design, digital marketing, social media management, and digital product services. By engaging our services or purchasing any of our digital products, you acknowledge and agree to the following Refund and Dispute Policy:

Refund Policy

1. No Refunds Once Services Begin:
Refunds will not be issued once work has commenced on a client project. By making payment and agreeing to start a service, you acknowledge and accept that all sales are final and refunds will not be provided. We are dedicated to delivering quality services and will address any concerns or issues that arise during the project.

2. Digital Products and Downloads:
All sales of digital products (including downloads, AI prompts, or custom GPT links) are final. Once a digital product or service has been purchased and delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except as required by law. Detailed descriptions are provided to help you make informed decisions before purchase.

3. Technical Support:
We are committed to providing prompt technical support to ensure that our digital products and services function as described. If you encounter any technical issues or have trouble accessing your purchased product or service, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Dispute Policy

1. No Chargebacks or Third-Party Disputes:
By engaging our services or making a purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or claims through any payment processor or bank after payment has been processed and/or the service or product has been delivered. All disputes must be resolved directly with Quantum Web Studios Inc.

2. Dispute Resolution Process:
If you have a concern or dispute about a service or product, you must first contact us directly at support@quantumwebstudios.com. We will acknowledge your concern within three (3) business days and work with you to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.

3. Binding Policy:
All sales are final. Quantum Web Studios Inc. does not honor or accept disputed charges through third-party payment processors or banks. Failure to follow this process may result in termination of services and legal recovery of all associated costs.

Excluded Services

Fees paid to third-party providers (including but not limited to domain registration, website hosting, Google Workspace, email services, or external subscriptions) are not included in our design, development, or digital product fees, and are non-refundable under this policy. These third-party services are billed separately, and refunds must be requested directly from the respective provider.

Quantum Web Studios Inc. does not issue refunds for costs related to external platforms, subscriptions, or services outside of our direct control.

Service-Based Business Policy

As a service-based business, we begin work immediately upon receipt of payment. This policy ensures we can allocate resources efficiently and deliver the highest possible standard of service to our clients.
