These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to all users and clients (“you”) of our websites, platforms, and services — including but not limited to LGS Virtual Staffing, LGS Photography Studios, Business Consulting, and Company Formation services (“Services”).
By accessing or using any LGS website or Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

Photography Services (including all physical LGS locations and on-site client shoots)

Company Formation (business registration, EIN, entity setup)
Any other Services offered now or in the future
Certain services may have additional terms presented at the time of sale or engagement. If there is a conflict, those additional terms will control.
3. Use of Site and Services
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Sites and Services for personal or internal business purposes, provided that you do not modify content or remove copyright notices.
You agree not to use our Sites or Services for unlawful, abusive, or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

5. Service-Specific Terms
A. Virtual Staffing
LGS acts as a facilitator; virtual staff are not employees of LGS unless expressly stated.
LGS is not liable for acts, omissions, or conduct of virtual staff.
Clients are responsible for compliance with all employment and tax laws regarding staff engaged through our platform.
Strict confidentiality is required from both clients and staff.
B. Photography Services
All photographs and media remain the intellectual property of LGS until full payment is received.
Clients may not reproduce, alter, or resell images without written permission.
LGS may use images for marketing purposes unless clients opt out in writing.
Cancellation, rescheduling, and deposit policies apply (see Refund Policy section).
C. Business Consulting & Company Formation
Advice provided is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice.
LGS is not responsible for errors or omissions in client-submitted documents.
All filings and registrations are subject to third-party or government acceptance.
No guarantees are made regarding business outcomes.
D. Educational and Informational Use
All materials, training modules, courses, and resources provided through LaNasa Global Solutions Inc., including but not limited to Build Your Empire, Voyage to Mastery, or any affiliated programs, are for educational and informational purposes only.
They do not constitute legal, tax, investment, or financial advice. While LGS provides strategic frameworks and guidance, you are responsible for consulting qualified professionals regarding your specific legal, financial, or tax circumstances.
Use of our materials or participation in any program does not create a client–advisor, attorney–client, or fiduciary relationship.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties

You agree not to seek refunds or chargebacks through Stripe, banks, or third-party processors. Doing so may result in account termination and forfeiture of future service eligibility.
Certain services — including deposits, consulting work already begun, or third-party/government fees — may be non-refundable.

9. Copyright Infringement & Takedown
If you believe your copyright is being infringed, please contact our Legal Department with:

Your name, address, phone, and email
A statement of good faith belief
A statement confirming your authority and accuracy
We will respond and take appropriate action as required by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LaNasa Global Solutions Inc., its officers, affiliates, and staff from all claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from:
